WHO WE ARE
Initiating Conversation & Preventing Sexual Violence
St. Louis Against Sexual Assault (SASA) is a grassroots organization founded by survivors who have first hand experience in the service industry. We were brought together by a drive to raise awareness about the necessity to prevent sexual violence from occurring in our community. Due to an immense and immediate need for prevention training and education in our workplaces we intend to create training programs specifically for service industry professionals. Coinciding with this project we are committed to initiating conversation surrounding the prevention of sexual abuse. We believe this vital conversation is missing within our homes, schools, workplaces, and relationships.

OUR MISSION
St. Louis Against Sexual Assault is a survivor led organization that provides sexual assault prevention training to service industry professionals. SASA aims to change service industry standards and prevent sexual violence by providing tools to respond and reduce harassment and assault in the workplace.

OUR VISION
At St. Louis Against Sexual Assault (SASA), we envision a service industry where every workplace is free from sexual violence, and all individuals feel safe, respected, and empowered. We strive to transform service industry standards by equipping professionals with comprehensive sexual assault prevention training and fostering a survivor-led approach.

OUR VALUES
Through our initiatives, we aim to establish a culture of zero tolerance for harassment and assault, ensuring that every person can thrive in their workplace without fear. Together, we are forging a future where the service industry stands as a beacon of safety, empathy, and accountability, championing the well-being and dignity of all.
